We have crafted a rare delicacy—beef ham—made exclusively from premium Yamagata Beef. Our selection of uncured ham, ham, sausage, and bacon is smoked using "Keio-zakura," the famous winter-blooming cherry trees from Yuza Town, Yamagata.
